At Revolivo, we want you to love every bag you order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we make the return process as easy as possible.

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
  • Easy Returns: Our customer support team is here to guide you through every step of the process.


Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: No cost to you. If your bag arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we'll cover the return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item, the bag doesn't meet your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@revolivo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Pack Your Bag: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and any included accessories.
  3. Ship It Back: Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location. You'll find the full instructions in your return authorization email.


Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria. After approval, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
